When I saw this stamp set was carrying over I ordered it there and then as it can be used to cover several occasions. Always an important part of the selection criteria for which stamp sets to invest in! Besides those squirrels are so cute!
Another great reason for taking a second look at this set is that it is a two step stamp set. That means you don’t have to colour the squirrels if that is not your favourite past time. You can see how effective this is by looking at my squirrel card. Being photopolymer stamps you can see through the stamp to line it up with the initial outline stamp on your card piece. The Squirrels were outlined in Early Espresso and then the two step stamp is Cinnamon Cider.
The idea for the leaf section is from the new January-June Mini catalogue. See page 75 to see what I am talking about. the leaves were stamped using Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen inks.
Another item carrying over is the Timber embossing folder that has also been used on my card here.
