I’m not sure what to call this technique! Maybe “Cutting outside Framelits/Edgelits” or “Creating image overhang using Framelits/Edgelits”? Have a look at one of my samples and see what you think.
The stamp set used is Polar Party. What I have done is rather than cut out the whole image and use dimensionals to raise the image off the page as in the catalogue page 23, I have stamped the image directly onto my card so as the bear is grounded on the card and then used my Adorning Accents Edgelit to create the snow and create a 3D card.
