It’s March and we have the Notes of Spring as the new Product of the month for you. This is such a cute stamp set!
If you are not aware of how the Product of the Month works, read on. When your order in any month reaches $125 Australian you will receive a prompt to say you have qualified for the Product of the Month for $9. Click on the message and you will be given this months option plus options from previous month Product of the Month if they are still available. Add whichever one you prefer and continue shopping!
I made my card in a hurry last week, the night before I flew out to Sydney for OnStage, so it is really quick and easy card to create.

I took inspiration from the sample shown by Stampin’ Up! on the Product of the Month page because like I said I was in a hurry. The background paper is from the 6×6 paper pack Thoughtful Journey.
This pack will be retiring soon, so a good excuse to use a sheet of it.

The stamped images are pretty easy to fussy cut and there is no need to colour the stamped images if you stamp onto coloured cardstock. Crumb Cake is the card stock for the deer and rabbit I added the grass stamp image to the patterned paper to go behind the fussy cut images.

The sentiment is from the Notes of Spring stamp set and I die cut it using the Perennial Postage dies. Good news! these dies are carrying over into the next catalogue! I added some colour using a blending brush and Pretty in Peacock ink and added a split Pretty in Peacock Perennial Postage die cut behind the greeting. A linen thread bow and Antique Pearls finished of the card.

I hope you like my simple card and it gives you some inspiration to try using background papers behind your stamped and die cut images.
