Eyelet Blooms Product of the Month

Welcome to our April Product of the Month Blog Hop featuring the lovely Eyelet Blooms die. I hope you have enjoyed the ideas shared by the previous blog hoppers before me. This months Product of the Month is a large die so to be able to get it for $9 is excellent value when you place a qualifying order in April.

The Eyelet Blooms die beckoned straight away to me to be used with foil card. First off I die cut the die using gold foil to make my gold on Basic Black card pictured below. Gold on black always looks stunning!

The die cut behind the birthday greeting is from the Forever Florals set. I cut two pieces from Basic Black card and trimmed them down to fit behind the die from the same die set onto which I had heat embossed in gold the birthday greeting from the Reason to Celebrate stamp set. This stamp set solves all your greeting dilemmas! A worthwhile stamp set to invest in!

Next off I die cut the Eyelet Blooms die from Berry Burst Garden Textures foil. This pack of three coloured foils offers beautifully vibrant foils that have a texture added to them which then gives an added extra effect to your die cut piece.

Once I had trimmed around the top and bottom ends of the die cut I backed it with Basic White card that was then added to a Blueberry Bushell card base. The card was completed using the Paradise Garden bundle which ties in with the foil card as they are all part of the Garden Poetry Suite Collection.
