For my Whimsical Trees card I have used the Be Dazzling papers as a background mat to highlight the tree images. I did contemplate changing the colour of the silver paper to Evening Evergreen to match the tree.s However I decided I liked the silvery contrast better. Did you know you can change the colour of the Be Dazzling papers?
Simply apply colour using your blending brush and inks. Or use your Stampin’ Blends pens.
To get the neat lineup of trees on my card I used my Stamparatus and did the hinge technique. This is when you stamp one image, lift the plate holding the stamp out of the hinge and move the plate along a notch, ink up and stamp again. So I did the three Evening Evergreen Trees first. Ten I came back and did the Cherry Cobbler trees knowing that they would all be perfectly positioned.
