Using Diecuts for a Card Front Background

If I made this Nature’s Harvest bundle card again I would do the background layering differently. Do you know what it would be?

Worked it out?

I would have measured my panel for the background die cuts to go onto more carefully or spaced them out on the card mat before gluing them on so I didn’t end up with that incomplete row at the top. Also I should have paid more attention when attaching the panel to the card front and placed the incomplete row at the bottom. Do you agree?

Otherwise I really like the card and love those Harvest dies! It’s a different way to create a background that is for sure. The photos don’t show the embossed detail on those dies very well. The greeting is from the matching Nature’s Harvest stamp set as is the die cut it is stamped on.

The background die is out of the Potted Succulents die set. Doing a background like this makes for an unusual card. Give it a try some time.

Here is another post using this lovely bundle. See it by clicking here.

Happy Stamping!
