Hi Everyone!
I’m sorry I’ve been out of touch for so long. I was hoping to write and show you some of my photos from South Africa but my computer is not playing nice and uploading my pics for me. It actually wiped the memory card on my son’s camera and we thought he had lost all his photos from the trip. Some clever detective work by my DH discovered the file they were hidden in but all gone from the memory card.
The trip was a wonderful experience and I can’t speak highly enough of how hard and well the students worked over there creating some many positives for the communities we were working in. If only I could show you the photos!!!
We had some wonderful experiences on our Game drives and can say we saw the Big 5 game animals. The highlight was walking through the bush to see a cheetah family! It was the most amazing experience!
Stampin’Up! ‘s Australian Convention is on this weekend in Canberra. I’m heading off tomorrow with DH for a very exciting weekend of fun and creation! The finale of Convention is the Awards Banquet on Saturday night. It is then that I will get to meet all the other terrific demonstrators who have earned the 2009 Incentive trip and we are congratulated by the founder & CEO of Stampin’Up! Shelli Gardner!
I will make sure to take lots of photos for you to see and to come home with lots of new creative ideas to show you all.
