I have also made this card up in Pool Party card which I think looks even prettier but I haven’t taken a photo yet. When I do I will add it to this post. See below for the Pool Party version! This one was done in Pink Pirouette.
So I have dry embossed the tulips and added some colour with an Old Olive marker by colouring in the leaves and stems on the back of the image. If you would like to know how to create this look go to this post.
The embossing folder is Lovely Lace.
I do like this single stamp. If you didn’t want the words on your card you could mask them off as you stamp, or do as a lot of demonstrators do, cut the words off the stamp and mount them separately. I like the quotation so I kept it on my stamp. I’m not sure that this stamp will continue past the Occasions catalogue which ends June 2nd so if it is on your wish list you only have a couple of months to save up for it.
The card is finished off with white satin ribbon and Subtles Candy Dots. I really like it!
