I had a play with the new Illuminate Glimmer inkpad from the new Holiday catalogue (page 23). I’ve actually done a few things with it and will show you in later posts. For this card I used the roller wheel Cheerful Christmas and rolled it across the illuminate inkpad. The ink adds a subtle silver glimmer to the image as you rotate the card in the light.
The Holiday Frame embossing folder was fussy cut out and then sprayed with platinum shimmer paint mixed with rubbing alcohol to go with the glimmer theme.
The Christmas tree is from the set Scentsational Season and was stamped in Gumball Green to match the folded card. Silver Sparkle glitter glue was added as a highlight to the tree.
I really need to add a star to the top of the tree to finish it off I think.
