I’ve just finished night duty for the week and I thought I would load an update before I head off to bed.
This quick little card I made for my B.I.L’s recent birthday and it uses one of my favourite sets – Baroque Motifs. To aid the Victorian Bushfire Red Cross Appeal, Stampin’Up! are donating 50% of their profits from the sale of this set and other select sets to the fundraising appeal to help the thousands of people affected by the recent fires here in Victoria. So far over $15,000 has been raised by our customers purchasing these sets! If you would like to help out please email me to make an order.
To make the card I used Close to Cocoa folded card, stamped Baroque Motifs in White Craft ink. added Choc chip double stitched ribbon and finished it off with Say it with Scallops stamped in Close to Cocoa and punched out with the Square Scallop punch all from the Summer Mini catalogue. You could jazz this up further with Dazzling Diamonds or brads.
This is my idea of a great in a hurry card, you know when you suddenly realise that the birthday card you’ve been meaning to make should have been in the mail 2 days ago!!!!!!
