Convention Photos

Spread the love

This is me receiving my award for being one of the Top 25 Australian Demonstrators of the Year from Stampin’Up! CEO Shelli Gardner!

Naomi’s team of demonstrators at Convention. That’s me the redhead in red! We’re all dressed up for the awards Dinner and Presentations. On the right is Aaron, Australian SU Business Manager.

Shelli did a stamping presentation and this is one of the cards she showed us. I am going to have to get this stamp set now as I love what Shelli has done with it!

Shelli hosted a reception for demos who were Managers and above. I took the opportunity to present Shelli with a thankyou plaque from the Simunye Project. Stampin’Up! very generously donated scrapbooking goodies to us to make up scrapbooks for the schools we worked in in South Africa.

Now I just had to show this photo! This quote was from Shelli’s father to her and her sister when they first started Stampin’Up! in 1988-89. Look where they are 20 years later!!!!!!

Day One – ready for a wow of a weekend! Hi to Naomi, Simone, Juliana, Jen, Tracy and Rebecca!

Well here I am again at long last- sorry about the delay. Stampin’Up! Convention in Canberra was fantastic!!!! It was terrific to spend time with other demos from my team, my upline Naomi’s team and other demos from around Australia and NZ.
The presentations were fabulous and I learnt so many new ideas that I hope to find time to try out very soon. Highlights were meeting Stampin’Up! Cofounder and CEO Shelli Gardner, the awards dinner and presentation night.

Overall the whole weekend was wonderful – made more so by the fact that I was one of the Top 25 Demonstrators in Australia!!!!! I couldn’t stop shaking when I found out! Overall I received 4 awards – Australian Demonstrator of the Year No.20, Incentive Trip Achiever, Sales and Leadership awards. I’m still coming back down to earth!
So after a whirlwind 6 weeks holiday I’m now back at work, must contemplate doing housework again and really MUST do some stamping and get some of my lovely South Africa pics into scrapbooks!
Janine.
