For this months blog hop I’ve made three cards to share with you using the Luxe Foliage papers. They are simple straight forward card layouts that you can translate to any papers you have in your collection. As I often say, let the papers do the work for you. Make the papers the highlight of your card, add your greeting and embellish as desired. The greeting I used here along with the die came from the Radiant Sunflowers Bundle. A new release you will find in the September- December catalogue.
My next card for you is a recessed sentiment card. Basically you cut your paper piece 1 -2 cm shorter than you would normally to use as a mat on your card front. The Happy Birthday stamp from A Family Celebration was perfect for using as a recess sentiment to fit that negative space created when you diagonally cut your paper in half.
Next for the Pecan Pie paper, I die cut the paper using the Scalloped Christmas Cheer dies. This new set of dies feature four scalloped layering rectangle dies. To add interest I embossed the base card with one of the mini embossing folders from the Seasonal Cheer pack. The greeting is from the versatile stamp set Banner Sayings.
