My Greatest Journey fun fold card is one of the fun fold card styles I am teaching in my classes this month. It’s a terrific fun fold style that is currently doing the rounds with everyone who loves new card styles. Credit goes to Susan Campfield, a US Stampin’ Up! demonstrator who came up with this card style. She calls it the Flying Seagull, I prefer Floating Frame because that middle panel looks like it is floating and separate from the backing card.
My two class samples here show off the fun fold card style using the Greatest Journey Designer Series Papers, combined with the Greatest Journey Bundle of stamps and dies. How apt is the sentiment on the card below!
My March classes kick off next week. In the class you will learn three new fun fold card styles and create a card in each style. One of those fun folds being this floating panel card.
Classes are being held on – Thursday March 30 at 7.30pm, Friday March 31 at 1.30pm and Saturday April 1 at 1.30pm.
Class fee is $30 and classes are held in Mt Waverley.
Email me if you are interested or head to my Facebook Business Page and send me a message.
Once you get a handle on how to make this particular card style your head will be brimming with ideas on how you can create so many different versions of it using papers, stamped images and dry embossing.
