Here is my Hippest Hippos Die card to share with you today. The Hippest Hippos stamp set and Hippos dies are exclusive Sale-a-bration items available only until August 31 when you place a $90 Aust Stampin’ Up! order. These stamps are so cute! And they are so much fun to colour in using Stampin’ Blends.
To create the background for my hippos I used a blending brush and added Flirty Flamingo ink to a folded Thick Basic White card base. The greetings stamp was inked up in Smoky Slate and stamped off across the card front. The background for each hippo image is the Decorative Circle punch done using the 6×6 Brights Designer Paper Assortments.
The hippos were stamped on Shimmery White cardstock so there is a subtle glimmer to them. It’s always hard to get that glimmer to show up in photos!
