Stampin’ Up! Awesome Otters

Combining the otter stamps with the Simply Marbleous 6×6 papers makes for a gorgeous card combination. The papers actually give you an impression of flowing water. The depth and richness of colour in these papers has to be seen in real life. Creating with these papers is going to be a joy!

The die cuts for my card are from the Scalloped Contours die set. To give the impression of the otter swimming I stamped the otter image onto the paper die cut. Then I stamped the image again on Shimmery White card. this card is perfect for using with Stampin’ Blends. Colouring was done with Stampin’ Blends and then the image was fussy cut. Popping some Dimensionals behind the otter gives depth and dimension to the otter appearance.

You know how some cards you go well that’s pretty good and others, make you keep looking back at it because you love it so much? This card does that for me! I love it! The greeting from the Awesome Otters is also pretty sweet. I added Night of Navy Holiday Rhinestones to give a bit of bling to the finished card.
