Watercolor Shapes stamp set is a terrific set for creating simple stamping cards. Those of you starting out as stampers will appreciate having a set that allows you to be creative without being too fancy. This set lets you do single layer stamping while at the same time giving you creativity to play with colours.
For this card I stamped the circle images in Flirty Flamingo, Bumblebee, Pale Papaya, Magenta Madness and Coastal Cabana. The greeting is stamped in Black Memento and the stamp is out of the Sunny Sentiments set. The base card is Basic White Thick cardstock.
A card I feel isn’t complete without some added embellishments, be it bling or ribbon. I added Silver Epoxy Essential adhesive shapes to finish off the card. Always add an odd number of embellishments to create a balanced card front.
So if you are new to the art of stamping or simply looking for new ideas then give the Watercolor Shapes stamp set a try be it for simple stamping or something far more complicated.
