All great things come to an end unfortunately, and so we reached the last day of Convention but at least we had clear skies!!!
Morning session saw a great presentation by Carrie Cudney on using the new Hostess sets for your workshops. The samples were gorgeous!
Don’t these cards make you itch to get stamping????
Brandy Harmer then gave us a demonstration on the new gift bag punch board. I was not keen on this when I saw it in the Demonstrator Resource Centre but after Brandy’s presentation – you guessed it, the punchboard is now on my shopping list!
At Convention a demonstrator just has to have a photo in front of the Convention theme board – so here’s mine!
Before lunch on the last day we asked Stampin’Up! photographer Tom to please take a team photo of my team who were at Convention. Isn’t this a great photo and it was posted on the Stampin”up! South Papcific Convention photo page. Thanks Tom for a fabulous photo!
Last seesion we had Bonnie back to tell us all about the new Bohemian Borders Suite of products.
here is a clean and simple card created using the Boho Chic embossing folder.
Bonnie also showed off a new product which had caught my eye in the catalogue and intrigued me – the Cotton paper Assortment. Page 148 of the new catalogue. I love the flower Bonnie created with this paper! I’ll be trying this out as soon as my preorder arrives!
One last surprise from Stampin’Up! to finish off the session and 2015 Convention, an all attendee giveaway of Bohemian DSP and Fast Fuse! I adore the colours in this paper pack – lovely peacock colours I reckon! I am now a master of using Fast Fuse after several plays with it at the Demonstrator Resource Centre!!
Remember those koalas I kept posting about, well it became a bit of a game to get a photo of them all ( they are dotted all over the Gold Coast so I only saw a few of them!) so just I had to share the Mickey Mouse koala with you! That’s the rear end of the Wonder Woman koala in the background!
Nice sunny pic by this koala unlike the one the night before after awards night and we stood in the howling gale and took a group shot, we looked very windblown!!!!!!
And so to our last night on the Gold Coast, a sunset photo! A big thankyou to my lovely team of demonstrators who joined me at Convention. I hope you had as fabulous time as I did. I loved spending time with you all and I look forward to doing it all again in November here in Melbourne!
Thanks for sharing your great pics! It was lovely to catch up with you again, my SU great-grandma!! hehe!! I'll be there in Melbourne with bells on! Rebecca
