Sadly the Stampin’ Up! Potted Geraniums Bundle of stamps and dies are listed in the Last Chance Sale. I have had this bundle on my desk for a couple of months and seeing as they are listed to retire it was time to get to and create with them.
Of course I now regret taking so long to play with this bundle because it makes very pretty cards. Plus that label die would have come in handy for so many other cards I’ve made since this current catalogue was released. Lesson to self, use straight away what you buy and only buy what I can use during that month!
For the card above I combined the Potted Geraniums bundle with the also retiring Split Textures dies. This die cut makes a nice trellis appearance for the pot of stamped and die cut geraniums.
The Geraniums die set has dies to cut out a good number of the stamped images in the Potted Geranium stamp set. For this card I used the dies to die cut the pot, the top soil, the pot label, leaves, flowers and greeting.
As well as the dies to die cut the stamped images, there are also dies in the set to create a whole array of geraniums. Below is my card using just the solid dies.
With the Stampin’ Up! colour Refresh being announced last week, it is time to try and run down my card stock supply of retiring colours. Pear Pizzazz is one of the colours destined to disappear from the colour offerings in the new 2023-2024 Annual Catalogue. See all the retiring colours below. Fresh Freesia is retiring as a 2021-2023 In Color but will return in the new Annual Catalogue as part of the Colour Refresh and will become a member of the Subtles Colour Family.
The papers used to create the background are the 6×6 Subtles Designer Series Papers. These are also retiring at the end of April. The Last chance List is huge and there are loads of products reduced by up to 60%.
So get on over to my Stampin’ Up! Online store and check out all the items on sale. The Last Chance Sale runs until May 1. Items will disappear from the Online Store as they sell out.
If you like the Stampin’ Up! Potted Geraniums, then head over to the store now!
