My new grandson arrived prematurely last Friday! Luckily my new Stampin’Up! All for Baby stamp set had been delivered that week. There I was thinking I had at least another two to six weeks to make a card welcoming him onto the world. It wasn’t to be! A quick stamping session had to take place on Saturday to create his name card to say welcome young Oscar!
I’m happy with what I came up with in the limited time I had for crafting that day. The All for Baby is a really cute set and also has a matching die set too. Check out the cute bibs that are die cut that I placed inside the card.
I forget at times that we still have an alphabet die set in the catalogue. I really should get it out more often. The Playful Alphabet dies look impressive when you adhere card to a sheet of Foam Adhesive and then die cut the letters. Once I had the letters on the card I gave them a coating of Wink of Stella glitter pen to give the obligatory sparkle. You can just make it out in the photo below.
The stamps ink up and stamp well giving that lovely shaded effect. I hope to have more leisurely play with this set in the future! If you want to order the stamp set and dies order them as a bundle and save 10% on the price of getting them individually.
