Do you often wonder which to use, the positive or negative view of your embossing folder images? I was embossing the Pretty Flowers embossing folder onto Stampin’Up! In Color Shimmer Vellum. When I came to mount the embossed piece onto my card base I couldn’t decide which side I preferred.
So I made two cards, one of each view, positive and negative versions. Being vellum that I was embossing the negative view does have more detail to see however it doesn’t have the shimmer effect as much as the other card.

The embossing is the main card feature so all that was needed to finish the cards were a punched (Everyday Label) sentiment and some Fresh Freesia ribbon along with In Color Jewels.
