My Mountain Air birthday card is a pretty one that could be used for a male or female birthday. To make this card I used a combination of dies from different die sets.
The Stampin’Up! dies I used are not related to the Mountain Air stamp set. The window frame came from Birds & More dies, Stitched Rectangles for the greeting and the banner underneath the greeting is from Potted Succulents. I’ve just discovered this die in that set and I have used it so much since I made this card.
To create the scene in the window I stamped the images from Mountain Air and then I used a blending brush to apply a light coating of Balmy Blue ink to create the night sky. I had to go searching my stamp sets to find where the greeting came from and finally found the stamp set. it’s from Quite Curvy which is only available until June 30 which is when the January June Mini catalogue ends. The Quite Curvy stamp set is also currently half price in the Last chance Sale.
