I can’t believe it a week has gone by since I arrived home from Convention – that week has flown by!!! I’ve had so much to do with unpacking from Convention, admiring my many swaps and making my wish list from the new catalogue plus marking off all the retiring items in my retiring catalogue. I’ve also run classes as well as caught up with the family’s needs. Just as well I am on holidays!
Talking of swaps and retiring products, here is my swap that I made for general swapping at Convention.
You might recognise it from I posted on my blog earlier this year here. I did create more of the original version but also this one using Real Red Core’dinations card, Crumbcake card as the
backing and Real Red stitched grosgrain ribbon.
If you would like to recreate this card you had better get an order placed as the lovely Paper Daisies 119243 and Designer Builder brads 129329 are retiring June 30 and will no longer be available.
The pretty red centre is created by using the circle punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack 118309 to punch out a circle of Real Red card and then it is adhered to the brad and the epoxy bubble is self adhered over that. It really does make a lovely effect.
