It’s been a long time since I last posted here, however the opportunity to take part in a blog hop was a challenge that I decided I needed to try. So here we are sharing ideas on the new December Product of the Month, True Blue Florals Designer Series Paper pack. You can add the Product of the Month into your shopping cart in the Stampin’ Up! The products will be different every month and will remain available until supplies run out. This new promotion replaces Sale-a-bration which would normally be gearing up to kick off next month. Every month the product will be of a value of $25 – $40 available to you for $9 if you wish to add it into your order.

I love the colours used in this selection of papers, plus I love using the colour blue in my cards. The cards I have made below were a quick creation as with such a limited time for product availability I needed quick and easy creations. Also this is such a busy time of year with Christmas fast approaching, a quick card layout was definitely needed!

The card design I chose was one I shared in my Weekly Tutorial to my newsletter customers. Firstly I did the layout using one of the True Blue Floral paper designs.

Next I tried another of my favourite layouts to show off the pretty papers. Layering always makes your designs pop off the page. The colours featured in the True Blue Florals paper pack are Night of Navy and Balmy Blue.
