Here is an easy way to step up your card using Stampin’Up! Golden Garden Acetate. My previous post ( see it here ) showed off this lovely product and how it works so effectively with it’s coordinating Designer Series Paper Fine Art Floral. Look at the two cards above see how the addition of the acetate over the papers makes such a difference to the finished card.
Above is my original card and to give it a lift I added a few Elegant Faceted Gems. The greeting and die cut are from the same Suite as the papers and acetate – Art Gallery Bundle. Below is a closer view of the stepped up card showing the Golden Garden Acetate overlaid to match the paper image below. The card has a totally different look and appeal with the addition of the Golden Garden Acetate.
Both cards are lovely, however adding the acetate creates a stepped up card with minimal effort. Cutting the paper and acetate to a width of 10cm lets you get the most out of your product with minimal wastage. If you are interested the base card colour is Mossy Meadow and the mat is Poopy Parade.
