Reverse Negative Cards

Spread the love

Finally! Here are the cards we did in my Technique class back in August. It has been a long time since I was able to get on here!

The technique is known as Reverse Negative.

Basically you stamp up your image twice – once onto white card with Versamark ink and emboss it black, and the other onto black card with Versamark and emboss it white. Cut down the middle of your image and match to an opposing piece and you are done!

It works well with symetrical as well as asymetrical images. The sets I’ve used here are Gallery from the current Spring Mini catalogue, Circle Circus and Baroque Motifs. The small flowers added to this last one are done using the Trio Flower punch with the Cropodile used to create the centre pieces.

The words are from On Your Birthday. The stamps in this set are so versatile!
Hope you enjoy these and if you have any questions please email me.
